Agreement scope

Zephyr Customz is the public name of Zephyr Customz LLC, the legal business that operates this website and provides our services.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Zephyr Customz (“Company”) to the customer (“Customer”). By booking, scheduling, or receiving services, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Exterior and interior detailing
• Paint correction and protection
• Vehicle wraps, decals, and custom graphics
• Paint protection film (PPF) installation
• Ceramic window tinting
• Additional or custom services as agreed

All services are performed based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection. The Company reserves the right to adjust service recommendations and pricing accordingly.

SMS program & communications

Program name & description

Zephyr Customz SMS Notification Program

By providing your phone number and opting in through the chat widget on our website, you agree to receive SMS messages from Zephyr Customz. The chat widget is the only place on our website where phone numbers are collected for SMS opt-in. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and notifications
• Promotional messages and special offers (only if consent is provided)

Consent to promotional messages is separate from consent to informational and transactional messages. Each is given through its own unchecked box in the chat widget, and neither is a condition of purchase.

Opt-out

You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a final confirmation message and remove your number from our SMS list.

Supported carriers & carrier liability

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age requirement

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Re-enrollment

To rejoin the SMS program after opting out, you may:

• Opt in again through the chat widget on our website
• Contact us directly to request re-enrollment

User acknowledgements

By opting into our SMS program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the authorized user of the mobile number provided
• You have given express consent to receive messages
• Your consent is not a condition of purchase

Service terms

All service estimates are based on the vehicle’s condition at the time of consultation. Final pricing may be adjusted if additional work is required upon inspection. Customers will be notified of any changes before additional work is performed.

Zephyr Customz reserves the right to decline any service request at its sole discretion. Appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change based on workflow and vehicle condition.

Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Zephyr Customz is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Payments & deposits

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our studio. Deposits may be required to secure appointments for large or custom projects.

All deposits are non-refundable unless Zephyr Customz cancels the appointment. Customers who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment may forfeit their deposit.

Limitation of liability

Zephyr Customz’s liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for those specific services.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues discovered during service that were not visible or known at the time of consultation. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Some services, including paint correction and film installation, may reveal pre-existing paint defects, scratches, or surface imperfections that were not visible prior to service. Zephyr Customz will not be held responsible for such discoveries.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary by service and product. Specific warranty information will be provided at the time of service completion. Warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials and installation workmanship. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual property

All content on the Zephyr Customz website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Zephyr Customz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website
• Not impersonate any person or entity
