Zephyr Customz SMS Notification Program. Zephyr Customz LLC may send text messages to customers who provide their mobile number and consent through the chat widget on our website. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates and customer support replies. If you choose to opt in to promotional messages, we may also send special offers.

The chat widget on our website is the only place where we collect phone numbers for SMS opt-in. In the widget you enter your name, phone number, vehicle and the services you need, then choose whether to consent by ticking one or both of two separate, unchecked boxes:

Opt out

Reply STOP at any time to the number that sent you messages. We will send a final confirmation message and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
